The Town of Creighton Business License Bylaw #1-2012 regulates that every business or person conducting business within the town apply for a business license. The basis for licensing is to ensure that every business or person conducting business in Creighton provides all necessary information.
There are a few regulations regarding business licenses included in Bylaw #1-2012:
The license shall be for one (1) year from January 1st to December 31st.
Licenses must be renewed annually in January.
A person must notify the Town when:
a business is discontinued
the location or nature of the business is changing
the business is being taken over by another person
License must be displayed in a prominent place at the place of business
