Cost of leasing will be set at $0.80 per square meter per annum.
Land owner may lease property adjacent to his owned property or across the back lane from his property.
The land owner has first right of refusal.

Minimum charge $35.00 (administration) plus $0.80 per square meter, per annum. (No lease to be charged less than $50.00 + GST.)

Lease and storage of materials must be maintained in a tidy fashion.
