These Building Permit Laws apply to residents of the Town of Creighton, Saskatchewan.

Plan of Survey
| Estimating Building Permit Values | |
| The Building Inspector shall use the following for estimating building permit values: | |
| House with basement | $212.00/sq. ft. |
| House without basement | $182.00/sq. ft. |
| Garage (insulated) | $58.00/sq. ft. |
| Garage(non-insulated) | $55.00/sq. ft. |
| Commercial Property | $5.75 for every $1000 of constructon costs plus inspection costs. Number of inspections determined by project. |
| Deck with piles (required if more than 2ft off ground) | $40.00/sq. ft. |
| Deck without piles | $35.00/sq. ft. |
